Old and slow defense was the top D in the league last season, and in the last four i dont think ever finished out of the top 5...could be wrong, I didn't go back and look it up...the Steelers have five starters over 30 right? Foote, Taylor, Clark, Polamalu and Keisil? This defense is not old, the backups that get significant playing time are younger...I think its about Sapp running through the Steelers warm-ups and getting punked by the Bus...

My guess he had a childhood dream to play for the Steelers (who playing D doesnt dream it) then when they never added him he became jaded. j/k of course but he says it every year in the hopes that one year he will be right and he can say see I told you so.

Warren Sapp is a jackoff that can't handle is money, booze, or women. That's really all you need to know and I wouldn't worry about what the putz says about the Steelers defense.
I think we are all forgetting one thing about Sapp, the school he attended was U. D0uchebag. Remember the oath he took along with Ed Theif Reed and Stab Lewis:
Sapp is a sap, no question about it. It just goes to show how hard up these sportscast shows are to hire somebody. And you have to be hard up to hire Sapp who, imo, is not a HOFer. Anybody who takes half the things he says on the NFL Network is very gullible. These shows should start looking for people who know what their talking about and and are much less conceited. Personally, I think he's in love with himself. He is one of the reasons I'm not crazy about the NFL NETWORK and won't I watch it. Along with quite a few other guys I can name. But we'll make it sweet and to the point and I'll end it here for now!
I don't have the link, but Him and Bettis got into it during a pre game warm up.. not sure if that is why or not.. Now to play a bit of the devils advocate. I thought Sapp was a hell of a player..And i wouldn't have argued either way for Hof... Lastley that hit on Cliffton, looked a lot like some of Hines Wards blocks.. I don't see an issue with it. Personally I like all the hate..
