Jays send Hutch down to triple A, only playing 7 games in 11 nights you don't need a 5 man rotation. Smart move they bring up carrera as an extra bat, this next six weeks will be crazy, sell outs in september for sure, meaningful games that late in the season hasn't been seen here in over 20 years.
Funny how ignorant people think it is dumb. Hutch isn't on a pitch limit so send him down to get a couple starts. He'll be back for the end of August, or at the roster expansion if they can wait a few more days.
It's all about winning, he did pitch real good his last two starts, but they're going by on the whole year, and he's been their #5 without a doubt.
He has just been lucky to get run support. 12 wins are nice but not when you didn't really earn them.

Another 7 times. They already had 2 great series since the Trade deadline. Jays swept at Yankees and New York took 2 of 3 in Toronto. Great head to head duel on last at bat in one of those games between Donaldson and the Yankees closer.
