Cutter... how about Max Scherzer, 12-0, best start by a pitcher since Roger Clemons in 1986. Thats going back a bit. Tigers struggling, but Max really doing a fine job.

 

I just heard that yesterday and was thinking when he was 10-0 he had to be close to some kind of consecutive wins to start a season. hes always had good stuff and him doing well is not a suprise but hes really been in the zone this year. the bats have helped him more than say Fister. Avila coming back and hopefully brings his bat and we need to get the rest of the bats going especially VMart. lost 6 of the last 7 and are 4-9 since being 10 games over at the beginning of June. they need to get going before the Indians get too far ahead. If Infante didnt show up yesterday they wouldve looked really bad
