In other inspiring thoughts, I've recently learned that Dave Bolland was always a class act.

The rumor of the Oilers' offer was the Vancouver request, I think the damage has been done.

Lennie is going nuts today. Canada day, picks, trades, contracts, qualifying offers, etc. Lennie getting crazy in the states too.

Listening to Chicago radio fumble their way around names and prospects and the CBA is tough to stomach, but then again, I can't believe they're actually talking about prospects that haven't been on the ice with the big team. Progress is painful, but welcome. Hockey IQ is actually going to rise around here now, that will soothe the voices.

I found watching game 5 and 6 against Detroit soothes the voices too, because that was a happy time.
