I commented on Carr a while back, saw him play once this year. I like him better than Manziel, Murray, and a few others. Bridgewater IS the best QB in this class, followed by Mariotta and Hundley. Until I'm dead, I will still say Johnny Manziel is NOT an NFL QB. He is elusive and talented, and makes plays. He has the uncanny ability to escape. When he gets to the pros, DeMarcus Ware will be going up against a third rate OT and kill this little snot. He has had the best two OT's in college football to protect him, and now Evans to throw prayers to. I'd like to see him play without NFL caliber top 5 draft pick, bookend tackles and a top 15 NFL draft WR. Put him on the Jaguars, he's meat in a Lion's Den. Sooner or later he's not going to see someone coming and a guy like Haloti Ngata will squash him like a bug. To add to this, he's an arrogant, self-centered, spoiled brat whose foolish behavior is a detrement to his team. If bullsh1t was electricity, he'd be a power house.

So Nybites, are you saying that you do or don't like Johnny Manziel? You need to be a bit less vague.

I'm on the fence w/ Manziel. A rusty steel picket fence with spikes on top to impale his happy ass. (And a case of tetnis just in case he survives)

its just too early to tell for me, i have only seen one full game of manziel and bridgewater, and while the latter was better his footwork was efffing horrid.

I dont remember seeing that from Andrew luck, and these kids are not being taught how to throw on the run at all, they dont flip their hips, they dont try and get square through the motion and it all ends up just being shoulder and wrist and the accuracy is shoddy because they cant follow through- if you want to see bad mechanics just watch Colin Kaepernick.

He's lucky he plays for the 49ers. Though I can't believe how well the Chiefs are playing with Alex Smith.

It seams like every year the Steelers biggest needs are OL and CB.

How many years does Ike have left ? C.Allen cant stay healthy. W.Gay fortunately is next up because after that there isnt anybody.

OT is probably the biggest need and another G would be a good idea.

I see the Steelers just signed W.Allen back. This was a good move.

Now if the Rooney's could just bring Cowher back and give him more say than Colbert, maybe they can rebuild this team back into a winner. Or atleast competitive. >o_O

    Just curious . . .

What's the opinion in here of Nebraska QB, Taylor Martinez? I've only seen him on a couple of occasions but he kind of reminded me of Russell Wilson when Wilson was at Wisconsin.

very poor decision making, more of an option first QB, cannot make all the throws, ok in college, he is a camp arm in the NFL. Hell be cut in the second wave when they get down to 75 on the roster.

I can't envision the Steelers ending up with the #1 or #2 pick. However, if that did happen, do you think the Steelers would go for Bridgewater? I mean, really, how long will it take for this team to become a Super Bowl contender, and how much will Ben have left in the gas tank when that happens? As I said, I can't see them having a top-2 pick. If they did, I say take him.

  19. He reminds me of Colin Klein. One of those run around the field QBs with poor mechanics and no NFL arm, difference is he's a bad decision maker.

Im really not sure at all what the steelers would do with the top pick or very high pick becaues if you go bridgewater- then fine you have a guy locked up for a decade potentially ( note, i dont like bridgewater that much right now) and thats nice, but there are at least 2 tackles in this draft that look Joe Thomas good, not some BS joeckel RT from last year but a legit tackle- and i feel like thats the way to go with ben still in the pocket right now- think of this

INSERT AWESOME LT>INSERT ANOTHER LG>Pouncey>Decastro>gilbert or whomever- i mean, thats 3 legit pro bowlers- or at least potential pro bowlers on a line that would be insane
