It REALLY is... you don't expect a team with arguably the best offense in the league to struggle so much with a team that is one of the worst in the NFL
Good game, Guys. I was proud of my guys for how they responded after that horrific start. Turns out that blocked punt for a TD was the difference in the game.
Glad we won but the rust on offense from not playing together all preseason showed. Play calling was suspect. They obviously believed they would bring pressure (reason for all the screens) but I wish they would have called more run plays. D looked decent.
So would have Kansas City and many other teams. The Steelers need to get ready for Minnesota at Heinz Field.
I liked Tricky's post game interview and brief rundown of the game. I think he nailed it with the LV/situational responses. When you are committing penalties and setting your team up with longer chains, the running game will most likely suffer. The (13) penalties were by far the worst part of yesterday's performance. Luckily, those things are fixable.
