i thought creed was a part of the rocky series ?

 

It was in Round 1. I posted after about a day of voting (after some grumbling) that I was going to separate Rocky I, Rocky II and Creed) in Round 2.

 

I'm gonna get on the hill over Talladega Nights. Hysterical movie, and one of the most quotable movies in memory. It encapsulated in so much hyperbole what the sports world is / can be - fans watching for the drama, the bitter rivalries, and the athletes with more unholy money than they know what to do with. Shake and bake, baby. It deserves attention.

 

Not one of my favorites. Can't stand Will Ferrell.

 

I get that, and I don't hold it against you. But of his movies, this may just be the best - arguably so, at least.

This seemed like a weaker bracket. The baseball movies should get votes to move on easily.

not versus Hoosiers though.

 

i can see that with hoosiers and the hustler on the list among other solid movie choices.
