I almost spit out my coffee when I read this in the morning paper: Langford left Bourbonnais a year ago as the starting running back. This year? He's barely in the backup competition after spraining his surgically repaired right ankle during a walk-through — a walk-through! — on the first full day of camp. He hasn't returned to team drills. Whenever he gets back, he must re-prove his speed, hands and ability to gain yards after contact. First off I would like to know when he proved it in the first place??? Wasn't he like last in the league in yards after contact in 2015? How many backs will the Bears keep 3 or 4? You know Howard and Cohen are locks but that means 2 or 3 of the remaining backs are gone. Carey, Cunningham, and Langford. I really liked what I saw from Cunningham and want to see more, but right now it should be, Langford he gone, and it should be a tossup between Carey and Cunningham. What are your guys thoughts?
Howard, Cohen, Carey and Cunningham. Carey has proven himself capable of playing special teams. Think Langford has fell out of favor and only plays RB so no way he stays.
I'm also wondering how many RB's they keep. They've definitely taken the "Shit v Wall" approach to the skill positions, especially at WR. That and TE look crowded with mediocrity or niches. I wonder if those positions will affect the RB roster, even though we should probably be focusing on running the ball, with Glennon and our non-existent OT's.

Didn't Antrel Rolle suffer a serious injury during a walk-through in 2015? It may even have been his last activity as a Bear. Just what the hell does a "walk-through" entail with this stupid prick Fox? How many backs will the Bears keep 3 or 4? You know Howard and Cohen are locks but that means 2 or 3 of the remaining backs are gone. Carey, Cunningham, and Langford. I really liked what I saw from Cunningham and want to see more, but right now it should be, Langford he gone, and it should be a tossup between Carey and Cunningham. What are your guys thoughts? Personally i would keep Carey on the roster. Aggie mentioned his ST, also his Michael Jackson TD celebration is impressive. During this toilet flush of a season i'd be in favour of more goal-line Carey's(pun intended) on that basis alone. Side Note: Rich Campbell is that little f_ck who kept throwing softball, ive-got-your-back questions to Fox in the end of season presser back in January. Instead of doing his actual job and holding these pissants to account for presiding over one of the worst seasons in franchise history, Campbell decided to wrap his mouth around the HC's dick and chow down on some 60 year old cheddar. Rich Campbell is a toad of a journalist.
Langford has no explosiveness. He doesn't violently hit the hole and the holes that do open up for him close because he's slow. Kid's just not an NFL back and the bears have better talent in competition. Cut him and be done with it. Give the other kids a shot. Maybe Juice box will pick him up in Canada.
Unless there is an injury Langford is gone. If the Bears keep 3 rb then Carey is gone as well. The Bears have their 1-2 punch with Howard and Cohen. IMO Cunningham brings the best combo of run-catch-ST to the table. Not a bad group.
