If Baltimore is serious about holding on to it's division title, this is a game that must be won. A win against the Cleveland Browns today will give the Ravens a 2 game lead on the division and momentum moving forward. After last week's loss in Arrowhead, the Ravens will be looking to bounce back and show all the naysayers that they are for real. But the Browns will also be out to prove that the offseason hype was more than just that, hype. Cleveland will likely look to take away Marquise Brown and Mark Andrews while also stopping the running game. The goal would be to make Lamar beat them with his other pass catchers. If there's ever been a game for Miles Boykin to show up, it'll be this week. After all his offseason hype, Boykin has mostly been a no show. His first NFL catch was for a TD, but that's pretty much all he's done as a pro. He'll be needed this week if the Ravens want to move to 3-1 on the season. Whether it's a two game lead, or a lead by way of tie breaker, the winner of this game will be standing on top of the AFC North for at least 1 week (longer if Baltimore wins). As always, LET'S GO, RAVENS!!!
This defense is going to be the Achilles heel somehow. It's amazing how they constantly leave receivers uncovered. This was another example of Kenny Young's inconsistent play.
How did Moore have that much open space, and then not only stand on the edge of the boundary, but not get his freaking feet down in bounds??? Yes Lamar could have thrown that inside more, but an NFL WR with nobody covering him brings that down in bounds
It would have been interesting to see what Canady's career would have looked like if not for all of the injuries.
Tony Jefferson is just ass. Seriously, for every good play we've ever gotten from him, he screws up 5. He's my most overrated player on the team.
We need Jimmy back big time. And let Elliot take Jefferson's spot seriously. Tony is no cover safety, and he is constantly OUT OF POSITION. Do your damn job and stop trying to guess, stay in your damn area
Hey look, Jefferson jumped the wrong route and let his man get wide open behind him. This defense makes it so easy for opposing offenses since they constantly leave players uncovered.
Just what I was talking about, he seriously needs to be BENCHED NOW and cut after the game. He has been atrocious all season long. This defense is getting absolutely GASHED down the field.
Ooh boy, this team is going to be more of a rollercoaster than I could have ever imagined this season.
Nice play by the Browns D right there, helmet on the football, Ingram fumbles.... gotta give credit where its due, great play by their D right there.
The Ravens no doubt need an outside pass rusher, but even moreso, they need an Aaron Donald type of player because they simply get no pressure up the middle at all.
The only way to really pinpoint why the defense is so atrocious will be to see what happens when Jimmy Smith returns. Can they really not play with him off the field, or can't they play period?
I guess I am glad i started Chubb as my flex..... but damn they better get their crap going, losing at HOME to this Browns team with 3 out of 4 starting secondary hurt? and Hunt available for them when they see them at THEIR house later this season? Not a good thing.
Think about the self inflicted wounds the Ravens made. We just saw Brown drop a big pass. Andrews dropped one earlier, and Moore decided to catch a huge bomb out of bounds.
They pulled out the old Pitta red zone play for Andrews and he was WIDE OPEN, we seen that play many times during the 2012 playoff run
