The tension apparently reached the moment of no return the offseason before their 4th Super Bowl. Remember it was 9 years after winning their last title. The success only made things more awkward.
You never know with these kinds of stories coming out of New England which way they will go or what they will lead too. Could be just the average run of the mill stuff that goes on when family gets a bit moody. TB and BB and Kraft all need each other, so you would think that blood is thicker than water here. I doubt a few comments and F' Bombs between football players and coaching staff would bring down an empire, but stranger things can and have happened. My opinion is, they work the crap out and get down to business for another Playoff push, but after this season when all is said and done... their might be some really important changes looming.

Perhaps. There is one thing though, any public statements are always to cover your ass. The Browns, Pats and other teams recently have done so because what else are they supposed to say? I wonder how much is exaggeration or guessing but I do believe in the Alex Guerrero tensions. The real question is did this really cause tensions between the "big 3"? That I am gonna take with an unhealthy amount of salt. The timing of events though does make it plausible. About the Jimmy G thing whether it's thanks to the agent or not it had to be done because Brady has been too successful since he was drafted. If Brady hadn't won a 4th Super Bowl would Jimmy still be there? It's a real question. The tensions between Kraft and Belichick there make no sense to me. The only way Belichick leaves anytime soon is if he just flat out is tired of it all and retires.
Kraft learned his lesson about interfering with personnel after Parcells. I highly doubt he'd start again now after all this time and success. Not to mention he flat denied he did so.

There’s something like this every year that comes from outside of Foxboro. Business as usual inside of Gillette, madness and mayhem outside.
FYI reading this article not once did I buy they are breaking up in any way. And as for Belichick being tired of it all I did not mean of what was implied in the article but just the football life and the stresses of it in general. He's already accomplished so much that he could pack it in.
My post is speaking in generalities and not towards you at all Joe. I feel like we as fans go through something like this annually. Large portion want it to be true and the smaller portion are Patriots fans........a.k.a. the enlightened.
