LeBron has brought his talents to LA, leaving a big void to fill in the East. Who steps up and becomes the next team to be beat down by GS. Boston has a good combination of quality veteran and huge upside youth. Philly may have the most dynamic young duo in the league. Raptors have been consistently a regular season power the last couple years, will a coaching change and a goodbye to LeBron give them better playoff success? Can the Bucks build around Yannis? Pacers, I don't know, they were the only other team under a 100-1 to win the title on Vegas insider(couldn't find East odds) they have that kid with a lot of vowels in his name and it starts with an O. Actually Victor is a pretty solid player. Not seeing it though.
I say the Celtics then 76ers but as far as short term goes the Raptors are definitely up there. They will have changes due to coaching but they have done very well vs non-LeBron teams, including the best teams in the West. I also like the Pacers. One of those 4 teams is going to the finals this year and likely also next year. I don't think anybody else really has a shot.
