No idea as the asshole guy was Mr. Vernon and he talks about Mr. Tearney in that little room with the locked files.
Boo. Memento is like Top 2 all time for me. And I was just starting to like you. OTOH, I appreciate the irony of forgetting all about it, so I guess you're still OK.
only a select few movies i can watch over and over again or if it comes on tv, stop and watch it till the end. momento is not one of them. now his other movie LA Confidential, that's one i can watch even though i know the ending. im likable!
Well done, you're up. I would agree Memento is not a film you watch only a part of, or distractedly whilst doing something else. You have to block out a couple hours of time and really pay attention to it. That's a rare thing and part of why I like it so much. And I don't think knowing the ending matters with Memento, either...I think you can actually come away with different ideas of what really happened after different viewings. LA Confidential is certainly a fantastic film, as well. An obvious cliche perhaps, but really nothing tops The Godfather.
it doesn't mean it was a great movie... i don't think overall Saving Private Ryan was a great movie. However, the first 40 min on the beach invasion was an amazing piece of film making. To me there's a difference. But to each their own. Enjoy.
was Ferdy's bar right? i don't know. i don't remember. new question --- in the movie FLETCH, what is the name of the family whose credit card Fletch charged a $400 lunch too and at the end of the movie says "the entire trip was charged to the xxxxxx credit card." "Want the #?"
Since Brad Pitt has been part of the discussion as of late - In 'The Devil's Own', what alias was Brad Pitt's character using to hide in New York?
