My heart last year wanted to be COmmissioner but i just got too busy and never ran a league bf. i do know how many problems a baseball league can have as my Yahoo leagues have collusion among owners and owners dropping out and ruining everything. Thanks for taking this on. I'm up for keepers right out of the gate too. Make it a power league like the football guys do.
Well, it's 3 months till draft. Lets get some more input on keepers or what not. The League can be changed at any moment and the majority on this subject will prevail. As it stands right now, it's a redraft, but it can change if that's what people want.
i hear ya. 3 months is enough time to make a strong set of rules and to avoid the bullshit. believe me i face a lot of it in yahoo leagues.

12 or more? yikes. that's a lot. i like 10 personally. and if teams don't do well earlier, more can tank or just drop out. im pumped though.
With the team format and League set-up the way that it is I think 12 could work. The FA's will be a plenty and deep too, imo. 12 really is just cool just to get the most l4sn people together, but 10 certainly will work also. _________________________________ Lots of time to hash things out... and thanks for the input.

I see one thing i would like to possibly change and thats to switch to a standard lineup; 1c, 1b, 2b, 3b, ss, 3 out fielders etc, etc... The way its set up now its different than what im used to on CBS. What do you think? I think we should pose this to everybody... as a matter of fact; what say all of you as to what kind of roster should we have?
for a weekly lineup, how can you have 1 sp and rp spot for the week? it needs to be 7 or 8 sp and rp a week since we only change the lineup once a week so they can get in later on in the week. not even bench guys. 6 for a weekly league? 6 could be starting pitchers alone? the scoring is not even i.e. 5x5. it's weighed more towards pitchers and as i stated above - needs to be more pitching spots allowed in the starting lineup. no pts for hrs, avg or op%. that's fine. glad i know that now for drafting.

Looks like 3 of us would like the standard roster in place over the one on FF now. I'll pull the trigger on that after a day or two to see if other opinions on this matter pop-up (pun intended). ________________________________________________________ All of us try for the next couple days to recruit a player... we only need 2 people to have a 12 player league, but 10 is cool too.
dont we only have 8 now? im a fan of daily leagues and lineup changes as too many guys take days off in baseball and we lose stats. ive been in both bf and we have better control of our teams on daily lineups. guy sit out for the smallest things, so if we can change it to daily, i think it would be better.
