Crazy sad news if true for Martavis, but, on the business side of things, better them than us if this disciplinary action gets confirmed. Who's thinking getting a 3rd round pick for a 4th round player wasn't providential. It would be untrue to say i wasn't a tad worried about facing him later this year. He has the potential to go off on any one, any team any time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I don’t know what a third time is. Fortunately we won’t have to find out. It is a good thing that Martavis Bryant (as talented as he is) was turned into a third round pick in this year’s draft.

The Rooneys would never be ones to gloat, but can you imagine the relief they must feel knowing the decision they made for the best, for their team. Martavis was a member of this family and his (if so) return to substance abuse is like watching a co-worker, only closer, step off the curb in to oncoming traffic. To think he may be lost but Mason Rudolph found, over and in the same transaction, a fallen, budding star for the potential replacement of a franchise QB and Rudolph himself possibly working his way towards that status is a remarkable turn of events. If all this true, then the short end of this sick really sucks and better someone else feels the repercussion. It's a darn shame anyone has to.

It is sure looking like we dropped the Martavis stock at the right time, nabbing a potential windfall stock in the process.
I hate it that the kid cant get it together. At the same time I hate seeing such news I am glad it is not our problem.
