Chickillo with a foot injury - If anyone gets info please pass along

Mathews with a neck injury - If anyone gets info please pass along

Tomlin is saying there were no serious injuries last night so hopefully all is well. I think Chickillo could really be something in time. Mathews is needed right now, especially with Heyward possibly out for the opener.

    Good news:

According to the report, defensive tackle Daniel McCullers (knee), defensive end Cameron Heyward (ankle), defensive tackle Javon Hargrave (quad), safety Shamarko Thomas (groin), and tackle Marcus Gilbert (elbow) all practiced fully on Thursday.

Wheaton (shoulder sprain) did not practice but is expected to play Monday.

That is excellent news! Hopefully none suffer any kind of setback and practice again tomorrow!

Right on! Read an article about how Steelers travel well to Washington, and last time we played there , Washington had to go to a silent count because of all the Steelers fans making noise! I remembered that! So hopefully our fans are healthy and in the stadium too!

I'll be there. Will yell as loud as I can.

Dammit Beach that's not loud enough you have to yell louder than you can

I'm predicting a Redskins blowout officially. That should help the reverse-jinx effect to flow.

Wheaton has been officially ruled out of Monday's game. While I'm disappointed he can't play, I'm very excited to see an expanded role for Coates. He may just end up bumping Wheaton down the depth chart if he plays "lights out" which I'm expecting!

He can be replaced with Coates & Bey, but at this point we are getting thin on offensive depth. We need to stay healthy with the rest of the roster.

Luckily WR is a position that they are pretty deep at. Still have AB, Coates, Rogers, and DHB. Wheaton should be back next week, and they still have Hamilton and Ayers on the PS, and they both showed pretty decent in camp. One of the positions they have pretty good depth at.

Don't forget Rogers. I have another one of those feelings...... I think that they will use Seatle's game plan and take away Brown. Wheaton had a huge came that day. I believe Rogers could duplicate.

As long as he practices on Friday, he'll play Sunday. From what I have read about the play that the injury happened on, it sounds like he just slammed it on the ground while trying to make a tackle. Hopefully just a bruise of some sort. From this report, I would imagine there is no structural damage.

Thank goodness. This kid is special, we need him on the field for all 16+ games this year!
