Man I don’t know if he gets in, but I’d vote for Tony Boselli. Didn’t realize he only played 6 years, but damn he was a dominant LT for much of that time. Also if TO doesn’t get enshrined this year, than the HOF voting is a joke. I understand not wanting him a first ballot guy, but damn his stats are top 5 for damn near all receiving catagories. Yeah, yeah, didn’t play nice with the media, but he is a Hall of Famer. It ain’t the Hall if Nice Guys. And this coming from someone who hates TO, but I have to respect his accomplishments...
Hall of Fame ballot includes five first-time finalists, including Everson Walls Four players in their first year of eligibility made the list of finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2018. Steve Hutchinson, Ray Lewis, Randy Moss and Brian Urlacher will have selectors discuss their cases during “Selection Saturday,” the day before Super Bowl LII. In addition, Everson Walls, in his 20th — and final — year of eligibility, became a first-time finalist. All five offensive linemen on the semifinal list made the cut to 15. Four defensive backs, including Walls, also are finalists. The selection committee was given an initial list of 108 nominees, which was reduced to 27 semifinalists in a mail-in ballot. Roger Craig, Torry Holt, Hines Ward, Leslie O’Neal, Simeon Rice, Richard Seymour, Karl Mecklenburg, Steve Atwater, Ronde Barber, Leroy Butler, Don Coryell and Jimmy Johnson were the semifinalists failing to receive enough votes to advance. The Hal of Fame already had announced the two seniors candidates — Robert Brazile and Jerry Kramer — and the contributor finalist — Bobby Beathard — who will join the 15 modern-era finalists on the ballot. The 2018 Modern-Era Finalists with their positions, years and teams: Tony Boselli, Tackle, 1995-2001 Jacksonville Jaguars Isaac Bruce, Wide Receiver, 1994-2007 Los Angeles/St. Louis Rams, 2008-09 San Francisco 49ers Brian Dawkins, Safety, 1996-2008 Philadelphia Eagles, 2009-2011 Denver Broncos Alan Faneca, Guard, 1998-2007 Pittsburgh Steelers, 2008-09 New York Jets, 2010 Arizona Cardinals Steve Hutchinson, Guard, 2001-05 Seattle Seahawks, 2006-2011 Minnesota Vikings, 2012 Tennessee Titans Joe Jacoby, Tackle, 1981-1993 Washington Redskins Edgerrin James, Running Back, 1999-2005 Indianapolis Colts, 2006-08 Arizona Cardinals, 2009 Seattle Seahawks Ty Law, Cornerback, 1995-2004 New England Patriots, 2005, 2008 New York Jets, 2006-07 Kansas City Chiefs, 2009 Denver Broncos Ray Lewis, Linebacker, 1996-2012 Baltimore Ravens John Lynch, Free Safety, 1993-2003 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 2004-07 Denver Broncos Kevin Mawae, Center, 1994-97 Seattle Seahawks, 1998-2005 New York Jets, 2006-09 Tennessee Titans Randy Moss, Wide Receiver, 1998-2004, 2010 Minnesota Vikings, 2005-06 Oakland Raiders, 2007-2010 New England Patriots, 2010 Tennessee Titans, 2012 San Francisco 49ers Terrell Owens, Wide Receiver, 1996-2003 San Francisco 49ers, 2004-05 Philadelphia Eagles, 2006-08 Dallas Cowboys, 2009 Buffalo Bills, 2010 Cincinnati Bengals Brian Urlacher, Linebacker, 2000-2012 Chicago Bears Everson Walls, Cornerback, 1981-89 Dallas Cowboys, 1990-92 New York Giants, 1992-93 Cleveland Browns
Lewis would be a lock I would think. The fact Lewis makes it means Urlacher doesn't (because the hall tries not to elect players from the same position yeah its stupid but that is the HOF for you). They have done same position a few times though so it is possible they put both in. Many think Moss is a first Ballot but he likely inst getting in this year because they will put Owens in ahead of him.
Everyone on this list is better than Joe Namath was and that dumbass is in the hall. Open the fucking gate!!!

Two Senior Finalists were announced in August 2017 by the Seniors Committee that reviews the qualifications of those players whose careers ended more than 25 years ago. Robert Brazile, Linebacker – 1975-1984 Houston Oilers Jerry Kramer, Guard – 1958-1968 Green Bay Packers One Contributor Finalist, also announced in August, was selected by the Hall of Fame’s Contributor Committee that considers persons, other than players and coaches, who made outstanding contributions to professional football. Bobby Beathard, General Manager/Personnel Administrator – 1966-67 Kansas City Chiefs, 1968-1971 Atlanta Falcons, 1972-77 Miami Dolphins, 1978-1988 Washington Redskins, 1990-99 San Diego Chargers To be elected, a finalist must receive a minimum positive vote of 80 percent during the annual selection meeting.
Ray Lewis, Brian Urlacher, Randy Moss, T.O. and Brian Dawkins are the 5 Hall of Fame selections for 2018. Bobby Beathard and both the senior nominees in Robert Brazile and Jerry Kramer (LONG OVERDUE) were also voted in. A full 8 member class this year and everyone is well deserving in my opinion.
Lewis killah, Urlacher fraud, Moss doper and abuser, Owens child support, Dawkins I didn't find anything on a quick search, Brazile with zero hits, Kramer nada. .675% criminals. Nice class of shame.
I am seriously sick of sheeple saying ignorant crap about Ray Lewis. He DID NOT KILL ANYONE. The "victims" instigated the damn fight by smashing a champaigne bottle over one of Ray's companions and got themselves killed in the ensuing brawl. Ray testified against his own people in court and the defendants were aquitted of the charges due to SELF DEFENSE!!!!! Stop smearing a good man's name by spouting ignorant hate lies and such. He even went so far as to pay the "victims" families after the fact.... But all the ignorant sheeple want to say is he is a killer! Did Ray make some mistakes during that time by not coming forward at the beginning? Yes, and who wouldn't? Did he want to have his entire life ruined because of some drunk idiocy? Of course not, but he came clean and did the right thing, yet people want to continue to toss out lies and try to tear a good man down. It is frankly pathetic.
Those 5 were as obvious as it gets. Isaac Bruce doesn't get the 1st in line WR entry like usually happens because T.O. and Mos are too strong.
Brazile and Kramer are older so you won't find the online gossip. Dawkins is royalty in Philly. Can't find a reason to hate him.
He didn't escape anything. You seriously need to go educate yourself on what happened in that incident and just stop being a hater. Here are the FACTS about that night. I am done discussing this matter. https://www.quora.com/What-happened-in-the-murder-trial-for-Ray-Lewis
yeah Kyreal. I'm an Eagles fan and know a lot about the Lewis case. My older brother is a big attorney in Philly and I asked him about this case years ago. Lewis was in a brawl that led to the death of a person. He didn't kill anyone is a big difference and what many people don't know. They think he did it.
I thought Jerry Kramer was in the HOF a long time ago. I was shocked he wasn't. Happy he's still alive to see himself get the call to the Hall.
Since convicted felons already live there, why keep out the rest? Alshon Jeffrey is NOW a HoF candidate. He predicted a Super Bowl win and it happened... just like Namath.
Joe Namath was a different story. They were expected to get (a line of coke) off the field by the Colts.
