Good Bad Ugly preseason Bucs

Good: passing game with a Pickett. Pickens, Austin III, Benton and Herbig flashing often ILB group was outstanding. TE group sold and deep . Heyward is a great Swiss Army knife on the roster

Bad: Tanner Muse, backup DB’s . Cody White with a few drops one leading to
A pick

ugly; Kendrick green was putrid . Just cut the cord now. The running game didn’t lol good either

 

Just saw the highlights but

The good: Pickett looked confident and strong. Diontae had some good catches and Calvin Austin is really fast.

The bad: The fact that you need an olineman at FB. Cut him.

Don't know too much so I can say what's ugly except I think Trubisky should be third string

 

The good: Pickett had a great drive. Rudolph definitely is better than Trubisky, freaking cut him and keep the UDFA as the third QB.

The bad: Trubisky

The Ugly: Kendrick Green.

 

Disagree because that #4 QB was terrible and looked lost

 

Yeah but that 8 million Trubisky is getting could be used to hire a real helping hand.

 

How many people available now are worth the 8 million dollars?

 

Kareem Hunt, Dalvin Cook could probably both be signed and still have some left for another position. That would be three players more valuable than Trubisky

 

I realize facts are not very important to you but Trubisky's remaining salary in 2023 is 1.08M and it is fully guaranteed. His cap number in 2023 is 6M and if we were to cut him that balloons to 10.6M.

 

Do they play special teams?

 

No but they did ride the short bus.

 

Nick Herbig could be the second best pass rusher on this team. It’s going to get nasty for opposing QBs if we are four deep on the edge.
