Well, new coach, injuries, change of kickers, loss of our #1 receiver, and 8 are gone and 8 remain.

    Where we at?

Need a kicker (and some LB's and Safeties...but for now I'll start here with kicker). Missed PAT and FG in back to back games ain't gonna get it done. Drives me crazy they don't put an effort out to find someone better than just an average guy.......just absolutely no attention paid to this position since they let go of Phil Dawson. Dawson was not perfect but, man, he was a whole helluva lot better than the cast of clowns marched through the doors since 2013.

I know Kicker isn't going to make this an 8-0 team. But, the missed PAT and FG just stuck in my craw and I needed to rant about that first.

You know, from an outsider's perspective, the Browns are light years ahead of where they were last year. The fact that there's no circus atmosphere this year is so much better for them. 5-3 is pretty good although, not ideal for Browns fans.

I agree with DBD that they could have addressed the LB position but, overall, the talent level is pretty good. Chubb being out really hurts as well as OBJ. If they go 5-3 in the second half then I think they make the playoffs. That would be huge for the culture of the team and it's fanbase.
