There’s only one player competing with him and that is Diggs and his nine INT. Diggs doesn’t even deserve to be mentioned because he gives up big plays more than he intercepts.
They don't give league MVPs to players on teams that don't make the playoffs... No one but Steelers fans care if you are 0-16 or 8-7-1.. All anyone else cares about is who you play the first round of the playoffs.
I imagine he'll get it with 21.5 sacks. His impact is obvious. The Steelers certainly aren't an elite team but they are on the radar enough for him to be noticed by the masses.
