Will probably be tuning into the early game from the car. I expect them to take another step forward today and to continue doing the things that made them successful last week. Don't revert.
So unless you count 2021, where he did it multiple times, Andy Dalton has never beaten the bears. Idk, I’ve watched the bears long enough to know they have weird luck, in that they get a team better than them (like the rams last week) to play absolutely horrible/stupid, and they win a game they don’t deserve. They usually tend to then lose a game they have absolutely no business losing to an inferior team, like the team they get today. I don’t like how easy this game seems to be a W, and the bears are going to struggle mightily. Carolina has one of the worst run defenses/DL, they traded away their all pro edge rusher, and their best LB is now out for the year. Theoretically, you run it down their throats then let Caleb get more reps with deep shots, because you should have a good run game going which will probably bring a safety to the box often. Should win by 2 scores. Got a feeling the bears will make the whole day difficult and won’t shock me if they blow it to gingervitis after demonstrating how football retarded they are.
Also want to add that I fully expect the Vikings and Darnold to come crashing down to earth, whether they hold on to win this game or not.
We've seen it takes usually 1.5 quarters for this offense to get rolling so I'm expecting another 3 and out.
