https://www.cbssports.com/general/n...a-turned-into-a-massive-brawl-between-adults/ what a bunch of tools! i'm not a cornhole fan and seeing these country folk brawl over scoring for a CHARITY EVENT is like watching the Special Olympics.
I only play this shit once a year. It's an annual camp thing but we're all to drunk to fight over it. The quicker you lose the quicker you get back to the cooler.
At my friend's cottage we sometimes play this Portuguese game called Jogo da Malha. We get bored fast though once some idiot gets tired of it and ruins it. We play KanJam now, opened beer must be on your person at all times if you are a dude. So if you use two hands you better bite the lip of that can when you want to 2-hand hit the frisbee. Spillage results in point deductions.
ESPN actually televised the Cornhole National Championship last year. The winner took home either $25,000-50,000. I was shocked they missed the board completely. The young kid who would become champ was down 9 points and in 1 series of tosses took the lead. I had no idea how the scoring worked for him to catch up so fast. once the kid got going, he didn't miss at all. the hole was 75% blocked by other beanbags and the kid still sank beanbags. he was really good. the old guy he beat got flustered and kept missing at the end. he lost after having a 9-0 lead.
my family plays washers at parties and tailgates. my brother builds the boxes and they use heavy washers to toss, not the cheap ones in stores.
