Indications are Whitehair slides over, Sowell at the other G spot with Horrendous Grasu cementing his legacy as he’s introduced to Bradley Sowell. Please, just keep Trubisky healthy. GO BEARS!
Checked in on the game to see what attendance was like. There are an ASSLOAD of no shows. Excellent. F you McKlaskey fucks. Also Trubisky seemed sharp the one drive i saw from him. Also, Shizer's pick was horrendous! That dude is not an NFL level QB.
Well, we suck less than the Browns. Fuller had a highlight reel game. Trubisky was the top rusher. And it gets better for Christmas Eve… Peckers learned yesterday they ain’t shit without Erin. Bunglers dumped the Lions hopes of playoffs. Now I can drink with reckless abandon. Merry Christmas everyone.
Merry Christmas you bastards. And man alive, are the Browns terrrible. That was a complete team dysfunction. Could you imagine if we had Kizer instead of Trubs? Yikes. Garrett looked good for them, so I guess you can hit on the #1 consensus overall.
And there you have it. Two shitty teams with nothing to lose played a football game in snow in front of people that had nothing better to do. Clearly the Bears played with motivation. The Browns just played like the Browns. A few points to consider... Wouldn’t it be nice to see the Bears defense gang-tackling and stripping the ball like that from week one? Tarik Cohen is returning punts and not a major piece of the offense because..? Still haven’t seen a slant pass. Kendall Wright is a legit slot. Now all we need is a Z... and and X. And we could use a right tackle. And Kyle Long is contstanly injured. As I said in earlier posts, that someone disagreed on... how’s that going? First round pick. Shoulder, ankle, on the injury report every fucking week.
Merry Christmas, everybody. I'll give the browns a little credit. Their playcalling was pretty sharp at times. We can than Deshone Kizer for truly being garbage. Brian Kelly is an asshole, but he was right about Kizer coming out too early. This kid forced bad passes, missed wide open guys, thought he threw it away when Fuller got that gimme sailing pick. Wasn't Cody Kessler smarter than Kizer, why is he riding the bench? He had success without Coleman or Gordon, I don't get it. How is Hue Jackson a smart coach? He's 1-30? I don't get it. The bears in their collective jackassery couldn't fuck up that hard. The annoying part is they just pick slightly smarter putzes. Duke Johnson is an effective tool that Hue Jackson decided to pull a John Fox and stop going to him towards the end of the game. That guy's a mismatch on a competent offense, meanwhile Kizer was busy making Kyle Fuller an 11 million+ per year/Franchise Tag option CB that he's not even close to being remotely worth--and I don't want to discredit him because he locked down Josh Gordon and Coleman when he switched around; but he was given a nice gimme for his Christmas next contract. Josh Gordon looks like he hasn't played football in five years. If he ever could find his way back up to the speed he was known for before the suspensions, that's a #1 WR. And they won't know that until beginning of next year (because Gordon was reinstated and not up to football speed), making Kyle Fuller's agent one lucky sumbitch at the negotiating table going into March, 2018. Some local writers have suggested letting him walk because some people think he could get AJ Bouye money if the above average DB trend becomes another free agency priority; and call me jaded--but I just cant forget about his first 3 years here where he was injured, lost, and bad. His weaknesses have been exposed throughout the year by good teams, and he's an alright DB that I think is just a bumslayer more than consistent. But the Browns undisciplined, played stupid, and the bears played not to lose. Which resulted in the 20-3 final, and Fox has 'at least I didn't lose to the 0-14 browns' as part of his inevitable resume update he'll need to have done by next week. Normally I'm excited about a win, but I've got the feeling that some on the board including myself see this one as hollow as ever. ......still waiting for the answer to this too I can only assume that's because that concept is fucking foreign to a midget calling plays, oft at times where a kindergartner can figure out what's going to happen.
This has been a decades long problem... going back to Turner's first go as OC and their gawddam WR bubble screens and throwing a -1 pass when you need 5 for the first down.
Good post patg006. Fuller needs to be retained. He’s played very well overall. Maybe he’s been dinged up over the last few years, as we all know injuries are very hush-hush in the NFL. If he gets overpaid, fine. I don’t want to hit the reset button on yet another position when we need so many.
I did. Thank You. My youngest son told us that our daughter-in-law is pregnant. Our first grandchild. Then a few days ago they called and told us that they were going to have TWINS! Don't know yet what sex is gonna be. Its kind of funny because when they were down they decided to name their little bundle of joy in the womb, Dilly Dilly, after the bud light ad. So now the two of them are going to delivery known as Dilly Dilly and Dilly Dilly Anyway, have a happy new year.
