i thought of joining or asking to join one of the several dozens leagues on here but after some already had drafts or were dynasty leagues, i decided to stay out of it. and some leagues had defensive players. so i passed on that as well.

finally i exposed the 1 guy who was trying to start a league as illegal with trades to himself from fake teams and his bullshit dynasty rules and i was labeled a problem owner. i was labeled the bad guy. the league folded once i exposed this guy as a cheat and a fraud and no one apologized to me. no one said "thank you" to me for exposing this guy, who left L4SN and never came back, btw. for that alone i would never join another league on here again. so like Lebron, i am taking my money and talents elsewhere !

Cat that guy with the bullshit rules just set up his own league here but he wasn't affiliated with the L4SN fantasy section. The only ones running or that have ever run official football leagues affiliated with the site are Tim and myself.

I and a few other people called him out for bullshit as well. If it's what I remember you were having arguments with him in public here but we also had a lot of all about the BS behind the scenes. He was also trying to move our guys away from the site to somewhere else where he was surely getting some perks. He was about to be banned when he left and we may have anyways after so he wouldn't come back. Your pissing him off may have made it easier to let him leave on his own though so we'll thank you for that.

 

Was it Bob? He went by a couple names here but I know he was a Cardinals fan.

And yes, that league was in no way affiliated with this site. He started it on his own and invited people from here to join, myself included. The only leagues that have a forum here that are affiliated with this site are the main dynasty league, the Franchise League, The Pro Rivals League, The Atlantic International League and the North American Dynasty League.

I know that you, Cat and a couple others all complained either on the thread or to me in private, and then I started questioning him on the thread about trades that were heavily lopsided in his favor. That's when he went ballistic. It was after that when a couple owners approached me in private about him trying to recruit people to go with him to another forum for his league.

I messaged him about it, he denied it, then he said that he was just trying to keep his league together after I torpedoed it (his words).

That's when I made the decision to ban him.

 

And just before you did it he tried to make it look like he was leaving on his own accord.

He typed up a parting shot on the league thread before I received a couple more PMs from members that were not involved with that league stating that he was trying to invite them to another forum.

There was something else that had gone on previously that year before everyone started questioning the trades he was making/executing. Didn't he get in an uproar over the collaborative mock drafts for some reason or another?

I remember a lot of bad blood being spilled from him over a couple month span.

He left for something like a week before he came back and invited a bunch of people to leave in the middle of the night.

I forgot all about how much of a mess and how stupid that whole situation was.

Tim, all i recall was it was a first year dynasty league that with the 26 pages of rules got so crazy, it never saw week 8 of the season.

the trades were the final straw for me. the 26 pages of rules were bad enough but the trades were a joke. i don't recall you guys getting involved until the end. i was on my own crusade against him early on when the bs started with the rules and loopholes. and the mock draft was another issue too. i forgot all about that. haha. yeah, a lot of shady things with that guy. i didn't like him or the lack of urgency from the league to join my fight against him. all i got was i was an issue too for calling out the trades and loopholes in the rules.

i've been looking for a big money league to join, so when i saw munoz's email, i jumped on it. i hope it's a good league. i hate when leagues get stale and owners quit and don't adjust rosters or make moves. so far the owners seem responsive to light trash talking.

 

Yeah, I know that I had to be informed about what was happening because I was unaware at first.

There was some infighting going on between a couple owners, but the original PM I got came from someone else and it was about the trading. That’s when I went to him with questions in private before I took it to the board publicly.

At that point, another owner and yourself were in a pretty heated exchange. Underdog maybe?

And it may seem to you that you were standing alone on it, but ultimately Evan was banned and a new league was formed because of the shit that was going on.

 

it may have been u dog. he was brand new then.

and Tim for a while, it was me and me alone bc no one else spoke up. i begged owners to call Evan out and no one did anything until more trades were allowed that were worse for the league. once other owners saw how bad it was, then they got involved.

it's all over with now so we can move on from this fiasco.
