I removed him. That's the only thing you couldn't do apparently. It's not something I restricted or anything but apparently only 1 person can do it (I tried it in another league I'm co-commish in and I see the option but can't do it).
Either way now that the spot is clear you should be free and clear to invite him.

 

Do we know when the draft will be held yet? I have a lot of leagues, just trying to plan.

 

We need to replace the last owner that left. Tim said he had a guy but he might have changed his mind.
