Assuming the Bengals don't take Dallas's guy (ironically this is the pick Dalls traded them to move up in the 4th, something ironically funny there) Dallas will take the trade offer from Dolphins who already have confirmed above in the thread Dallas gives next years 4th for the dolphins OTC pick
Definitely like what the Niners are doing. Seattle’s draft looks a little too coherent to be a John Schneider draft
we waiting on that CIncy guy again? Come on man what he has a life or something. Drafing is my life! Actually not really, those who follow me on Facebook have seen my pit bbq and my travel pics.
LOL I know right? Definitely taking what the consensus thinks is a bit of a reach on Mickens but I really like him developing quicker than not. He's very smart, quick and strong but some think he's not fast (you know quick vs fast) and will lose ground as the speed picks up. It was an auto but it was going to be the pick after Bassa anyways. Originally for Seattle I was going to go Ewers but I wasn't sold on needing a QB so the auto was fine as he was on my short list. Big plug to be depth and develop, push Jackson. It's been many years since I've only taken 1 player per position thinking I'm a draft god. (although one time I certainly was and discounting the auto I'm still one per position lol. But it's early still).
I got a pick, someone I wouldn't take for Pittsburgh, but I got a guy for AZ who I think would help them. I find it hard to pick for other teams, is it fair to not snipe the guy I want for Pittsburgh 4 picks earlier, it's like having inside trader information. I get sad when I watch Dumb Money and wonder why in the he11 I didn't buy Gamestop that would have been helpful!
LoL I honestly think he has me confused with someone else. I just went back to look and I don’t have a chat with him going back to Sunday. Edit: Did he mean Tim? I dunno man
I remember it was an hour clock when we started. Must have changed somewhere in between. I ended up in a 10 minute draft in another forum that I also thought would be a longer draft. Things are too hectic for anything under hour for me. But I will try to keep up here. If I miss a pick go ahead and auto. I guess I like the slow drafts. Funny, because in fantasy drafts, I'm always the one who wants the fastest clock.
a few years ago in fantasy, we changed a 90 second clock to 20 seconds just to seee... . I loved it. Because I'm ready for it and it's over in under 2 hours. Here... not exactly so ready... watching clips and stuff as I move along.
@IrishDawg42 I decided to move this conversation over to the Browns board so we can expand on it some more before the draft.
Was Cornelius your guy? I am on the clock now right? I don’t have to wait for these maybe trade shenanigans to be sorted?
That was one of my Steelers short list guys, I used to think Pittsburgh didn't heavily scout the Pacific Northwest, then they took Troy Fantanu, so my strategy has changed. The last time I think they took a small school player in the first round was Roethlisberger in 2004 and I had Quinyon Mitchell top of my board for when they picked last year, and I knew it was fruitless. Mark Bruener former TE is the regions scout.
