Mason gives a charlie batch like performance watt gets 4 to put himself in the position to break the record in game 16.

 

Wow, I just realized how much I miss Charlie Batch.

 

Let’s see how this one plays out. Last time they piled up 421 yards total, yet only put up 16 points. They were almost 50% on 3rd downs, and the Bos’s longest field goal was 42 yards. The defense had 4 sacks and an interception. This was also Browning’s first game at QB. Curious if all the negative press this past week, lights a fire under their asses. We shall see, be nice to at least be able to see one game where the offense performs like we all thought it was going to during the preseason.

 

Decent start on defense. Forced a punt

 

First pass from Rudolph is a TD pass to Pickens!

 

Pickens goes the distance on the first pass…. Damnest thing when you’ll throw across the middle

 

86 yards most of it YAC, but damn that had to feel good for Rudolph and Pickens

 

Another red zone Turnover for the defense

 

Defense bends but doesn’t break, very fortunate no points there.

 

Couldn’t ask for a better start. But game is 60 minutes, not 15. Need to keep it up

Possibly first mistake having to burn a timeout while the offense was rolling. Another TD would be nice, DJ perhaps?

 

Offense actually looked like a NFL offense. Hope they can maintain. We’ve seen too many games where it disappears after the 1st Quarter

I was thinking the same thing…. I wonder if the targeting of Robinson more often is kind of a message to Dionte and George… from what I’ve seen, Robinson has been willing to block
