Yep, the Cardinals are in an interesting spot. @turf_toe has a great trade opportunity there. I have him for Arizona with his other top choices already taken. (@TopDawg has the Browns, @StlCrtn has the Panthers and @Quew777 has the Lions). I've sent out a bunch of PMs to members past and present. I'm hoping that some of our old friends will get an automated email saying they have a PM and pop back in. Would be nice to have them back for the mock if we can get them.

Counting @Campbell and myself (but not counting FalconsGuy yet), that's already 14 participants. That's a good start. I'm not as active this year so if they get free I'll take the Bills as a 2nd team and I'd probably stay at that.
Damn, the Bills would've been very useful as they have a lot of picks around where the Bears do which would've helped me not miss picks given the time difference i've got. I guess i could take the Broncos. They don't have many picks but what they do are mostly around the Bears picks also.

Its interesting and strange to me that the RB market is so drying up... they just arnt getting paid. Maybe outside of Bijan Robinson, we may not even see an RB taken in the first 3 rounds. Some of the vets are taking pay-cuts just to stay put with their home-teams too.
I think it's all about the philosophy. It's why the Browns can't afford to pay Hunt $6-8M / yr as a backup. The top 8 RBs are making $12M+ per season (Chubb being one of those 8), then the market drops drastically to the next tier with the highest average being $7M / yr. STARTING RBs in this league are being paid <$7M per year.. all but 8 of them. Actually, you could maybe take Zeke off that list as well. The Cowboys have his accelerated signing bonus on the cap hit, but none of his 2023 salary was guaranteed and it seems no one is jumping to sign him to a contract anywhere near the last one he signed. Teams are drafting 2-3 RBs consistently, trying to find combinations that will work with their higher investments in offensive lines. The Browns are one of the few teams I believe, that have top ten paid QB, RB and O-line on the same team. They have the 3rd highest paid QB, the 6th highest paid RB and an offensive line that is paying the highest average ranking of 22, 26, 30, 72 and 85 to their starters. They are spending $56.1M per year on the O-line... Oh yeah.. and the 6th highest paid TE in 2023. Let's just say they better average 30 points a game in 2023 because the defense is going to be struggling if they get more than 1-2 injuries. Sorry, got off on a tangent there... Point is, one of the highest rate of injury positions has been flooded with players that are being trained to do one man's job. They are relying more on the O-line to make the running game work. (3) 4-7th round RBs are = to (1) premier RB in the eyes of the current NFL.
I guess its safe to assume, RB's are a dime a dozen and great QB's dont fall off of trees. Its also nice to see the offensive lineman, especially on the left side getting some cash money these days.
