Bears has the old Nagy first drive that went for 7 and then straight to shitting the bed

 

You can’t put this offense behind the chains all the time like this and expect to do anything good

 

Peckers should run every single play the rest of the game. No need to throw.

 

I know it’s cliche to say holding happens on every play

but holding is literally happening on every play

 

It's not just scheming. The talent discrepancy is evident on either side of the ball and 99% of Bears fans are in denial about it.

 

Poles has a really big offseason ahead of him.

He will have cap space. He will have draft picks.

He will have ZERO excuses.

 

This will only end when ownership is as pissed as we are (hint: never).

 

The rout is on. This defense sucks without a monsoon to slow the other team down. Offense is Nagyesque. We got the guy from GB. Why the fuck does the packers offense look exactly the same as it always does and ours looks like a high school coach from Long Island drew it up. WTF

 

Talent wins.

You can raise Vince Lombardi and Bill Walsh up from their graves and ask them to be HC and OC. Without the proper talent it doesn’t matter.

Yeah, that first drive he had some decent blocks but good grief that one play where he absolutely whiffs and the WR gets smacked the second he catches it. And that contested catch he didn't make. I don't know about the worst, but he sucks.

I can't even get mad about it though, it's par for the course. You have to expect it.

Agreed there, both sides of the ball need a lot of help. These "cheap FAs" as Collinsworth put it, are cheap for a reason.

All we had to hang our hat on this year was schemes, because we knew the talent was lacking. Hopefully some of these guys turn out for future years as we rebuild.
