On the bills opening kickoff return the bills committed a egregious block in the back that helped spring the return, so take that 3 off the board. On the TD in the first half there was egregious holding by the bills. Take that back and give them a Fg there. Now if they get the other ten points people say they left on the field it’s still only 13-0. Oh but wait there was a egregious pass interference committed by the bills against Claypool which would have put us in FG range and make the score at least 13-3 if everyone wants to point out what if’s. We beat the bills and the refs in this one. The bills held egregiously on almost every offensive play they had in the game.

The Steelers defense looked solid. Gonna need the offense to show up, specifically the running game, but beating the Bills on the road to start the year shouldn't be downplayed, IMO.
Not in here it isn't. It's one of the reasons what used to be the most active team room is a relative ghost town. If you can't enjoy a win like this without throwing cold water on it why do you watch? It's supposed to be fun when you win.
This was a great team win! Oline needs to gel and play better, Roethlisberger played so little in the preseason and needs to loosen up. Loved seeing the dline, lbs and dbs swapped out. So many played on D that I’m sure it was hard to get a idea as to their strengths and weaknesses. I hope they only get better.
Amen Brother Beach! Were there things that this team needs to improve? Of course! Anyone who thought this offense was going to walk into the season hitting on all cylinders with 4 rookie starters and a new system being installed by a new OC was crazy! For me, the defense was a revelation! I was expecting them to struggle a bit with the new pieces they were introducing, but they looked absolutely dominant against one of the best offenses in the NFL. If they can continue to do that while the offense works its way into competence, this will be a dangerous team. Injuries can change things, but young players should get better as they gain more experience and this team is playing a lot of young players. I have high hopes for what this team will look like in the second half of this season. If they can win more than they lose until then, we should all be excited about that.
Spot on. I have been here since the beginning and the amount of people we had on this particular board was bigger than the rest. Unfortunately, new fans came in and tried to take over or argue almost everything and around a dozen of the regular Steelers posters decided they didn't want to play their games and just left. They took a ton of insight and a laid back attitude with them. As beach said, this bard has become a ghost town and it sucks to see.
Burghball, Pumpkin, NY, Mano, so many others that used to help this bye far be the best board on here. Now it’s like a bar in the old west that ran out of liquor
