Well hell. LOL Your comedic genius is almost too much for me Tim. That was VERY funny and my life right now could use some funny. Oy veh ... Okay so this is either going to be a good thing or a bad thing. I should start a thread on the Bears board and share my newly acquired wisdom. Or I could stay here ...
Just for the hell of it, I'll give it a shot... you may be sorry you mentioned it, Tim, lol. Round 2 33) Jacksonville Jaguars - Might address the defense - Asante Samuel Jr. 34) New York Jets - better go defense again here - Trevon Moehrig 35) Atlanta Falcons - I pick defense again... Richie Grant 36) Miami Dolphins (from HOU) - Teven Jenkins 37) Philadelphia Eagles - pure guess work - Carlos Basham Jr. 38) Cincinnati Bengals - Samuel Cosmi OT - need all the protection they can get for Joe... score a million, give up a million, Bengals motto. 39) Carolina Panthers - OT, Liam Eichenberg 40) Denver Broncos - they are puzzling to me, but - Nick Bolton, LB 41) Detroit Lions - Lions did well on offense - still need a receiver, Terrace Marshall 42) New York Giants - no clue, but ill go, Azeez Ojulari, Edge = hope the Vikings trade with them and snag this guy. 43) San Francisco 49ers - 44) Dallas Cowboys - Boys need to continue on defense - Jevon Holland, S 45) Jacksonville Jaguars (from MIN) - Pat Freiermuth, TE... why? because i cheated and peaked at Draftech 46) New England Patriots - Tylan Wallace, WR... they need someone to catch a football 47) Los Angeles Chargers - Rondale Moore, WR.... target for Herbert 48) Las Vegas Raiders - no clue, but they need offesive line help, so, Jalen Mayfield, T 49) Arizona Cardinals - defense, defense, defense - Tyson Campbell 50) Miami Dolphins - Landon Dickerson - had no clue, (via Draftech) 51) Washington Football Team - 52) Chicago Bears - Wyatt Davis makes sense here... him and Fields go together. 53) Tennessee Titans - Elijah Moore, thats all I got, maybe, Nico Collins, but im slotting him for the Browns 54) Indianapolis Colts - Tackle - Jackson Carman 55) Pittsburgh Steelers - 56) Seattle Seahawks - 57) Los Angeles Rams - 58) Kansas City Chiefs (from BAL) 59) Cleveland Browns - Nico Collins, WR 60) New Orleans Saints - Elijah Molden 61) Buffalo Bills 62) Green Bay Packers - QB, lol... seriously, Christian Barmore... he'd look better in purple tho. 63) Kansas City Chiefs - they dont need a thing - Quinn Meinerz - Offensive line depth 64) Tampa Bay Buccaneers - they need nothing also - Levi Onwuzurike - DT Had some help from Draftech (cuz i sure as shit dont know what im doing) and websters dictionary. Left some blank as I just couldnt figure anything out. One thing i found out is, this stuff is difficult to do. Hats off to you draftniks who can do this shit, seamingly in your sleep, its not easy. Anyway, had some help and flipped a few quarters. FWIW, which aint very much.
I was checking out the Bears thread a little earlier today and they hit on pretty much every talking point you could regarding both the good and bad of trading up for Justin Fields. My only real issue with it is that it buys more time for Pace and Nagy, and the longer they are running things the chances of it actually getting worse for Chicago sky rockets, IMO.
What the what??? There's a thread on the Bears Board? Jaysus ... c'mon Lou, you had one job to do and that's to keep up!! I am a site-wide embarrassment.
I certainly appreciate the work! If both Barmore and JOK are available when the Browns pick and they instead decide to take, what like the 9th WR taken? I will start to question the unquestionable Andrew Berry. I'll also question this league of GMs if Owusu-Koramoah drops to the 3rd round.
c'mon, that's not happening... I don't know if he's in the Cleveland plans, but he won't be available in round 3.
Ya. He's a solid 2nd rounder. I had him dropping out of the first but he's a handful of guys I'd love to have here in the 2nd. Also wonder if the Eagles keep their pick or try to move back a few. I fee like they pick. They have a lot of picks already.
Vegas odds had Owusu going higher than what he did in the official mock. I'm wondering if Ike had it nailed by straight up declaring him a safety.
I know that Vegas and different mocks had him high. I wasn't buying it. I went on the Collins wagon instead who surged up boards. Still like him, I just didn't think it was essentially a 1st round lock.
I think Vegas had Zaven squarely in the first round but behind Parsons, Ojulari and Owusu. I considered Collins a good enough value for the Giants to take at #11. Azeez was the one out of the group that I wasn't comfortable with making a first round connection with. Owusu has the high level traits but the size/position questions are the most likely factors dragging him down.
Azeez was the last guy I put in my mock, at 31 I believe because I needed an edge for the Ravens. Guessed the wrong one.
