Just happy to be here. Didn't expect to be here in the first place. Just hoping to be competitive and as long as they're playing, they have a chance.
Until they start this week's testing. IF a player or coach tests positive on a Tuesday (and they have tested negative on all tests leading up to that) and tests negative each day after the positive result - then (considering the alleged incubation period of 14 days) one has to consider the positive test result was false. But the NFL's own data doesn't support the protocols put in place. How many players tested positive, were locked out of their team's facilities, prevented from playing or coaching in the next game, only to test negative and return to action up to 14 days later.
For as good as Mahomes and that offense is, the Chiefs have only scored over 40 points once this season (43-16 win over Denver). They're averaging 29.5 PPG this season. Browns have scored more than 40 points four times this season (49, 41, 42, and 48). We've had a couple clunkers (Baltimore, Pittsburgh - first meeting, and Las Vegas) which dragged our overall PPG down, but still posted 25.5. If we agree we need to post a ton of points to stand a chance in this one, we've got the track record to do it. And we've done it against Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, and Dallas (2nd, 3rd, 24th, and 28th overall defenses, respectively). Kansas City did it once, against Denver (25th overall).
He went live so everyone could see him pout? lol! Gotta love those Pittsburgh WR's....Men of steel. Thanks again Burgh, keep em comin.... #mapletron
Mahomes is a magician, but Andy Reid has a history of losing big games and his juggernaut team has slowed down. The scripted plays aren't the issue, it's the off script Mahomes magic plays that make it happen. It's a great challenge, but at the same time their D is pretty vulnerable, especially vs the run. I think the formula is clear, run them down, and keep the recivers in front of you. It's time to see how much magic Baker's boys have vs Mahomes and the Andy Reid indians
Spot on. Fun fact: In the last 8 games, KC is 1-7 against the spread...This team is not unbeatable, and the Cleveland Browns are built to beat them. The best part is, we get another full week of everyone telling the Browns that they can't do it....
Congrats Browns fans, Im still pulling for ya. Chiefs are beatable. Obviously a tough task but they can be beaten by Cleveland.
I agree Matty..........and KC having the Bye Week can work in the favour for Cleveland. Very tough task but I think the Browns are going too upset @ Arrow Head.
When is the last time we went this deep into a season without a draft thread?! Here’s my gold star “must draft” guy:
Just thinking..... if we win the toss, what do we choose to do? I'm thinking you kick: put MaHomey out there cold, off two weeks rest and hope to force a punt. If it doesn't work out and they score a TD, then strap it on and let's go. I just think he's been a pretty slow starter this year, and with the extra rest, we might get the oppty to score first, and still get the 2nd half kickoff. Thoughts??
