We’re on the road against a team in the Lawrence sweepstakes. Traveling to 1-8 Jacksonville will be a tough game. The Jaguars always play us tough and we love to play down to our opponents. The Ravens are our opponents the next week and we need to really make sure that we don’t overlook Jacksonville with the thanksgiving game coming up. Ben should come out in a five wide draw your plays in the dirt philosophy and put the Jaguars down mercifully early so that us fans can keep our defibrillators stored away.
The Steelers are favored by 10. They are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 when favored by double digits. What does that mean? Nothing, I guess, but I think the Jags will give them a game. Despite a so-called streaky offense, the Steelers have only scored 15 less points than the Chiefs so they will score. 28-20 Steelers
When was the last time a rookie QB beat the Steelers? I can't remember but they are 19-2 in their last 21 vs rookie signal callers. I think Luten is going to be in for it. The Texans and Packers don't inspire fear on defense like the Steelers do. Robinson could have a good day. The Steelers need to build a lead so the Jags abandon the run.
Thanks for all the answers. I do remember that Cowboys game. More Elliot than Prescott but he was a rookie. Still, 19 out of 21 is solid reason for hope on Sunday. Luten isn't anywhere near the pedigree of Wentz or Prescott, although we really don't know what his future holds. He could be great.
