I saw that. I'm still not sure how he drew the conclusion that Nagy's playcalling won the game, when he spends the while second half detailing how Nagy couldn't figure out the defense, and Nick Foles' adjustments saved the day. There are some assumptions you have to make about what you see on tape, and I'm not sure I agree with his premises. I think it was a good look at Nagy's shortcomings, if anything. The old adage is that you run to set up the pass - Nagy's offense is "pass to set up the pass". It's frustrating to watch, and I'm not sure I'll ever be on board with it. But this is what we've got for now...
Exactly. Put it another way. Did he call a good game, if Mitch were in there and DIDN'T audible to the rub/rub play? There is no doubt Nagy is trending pass happy, especially with Foles in, and Daniels out. It was a good vid though, made real clear how deficient my knowledge is when it comes to X's and O's, but I love watching breakdowns like that.
