I hope you're wrong on that. But I think the NFL is right in saying "lock 'em down". There's no other way. Otherwise we go the way of all the other major sports. Shortened or no season at all.

They (NFL) will give the Teams their BYE Week.........why on Earth would they make them "Forfeit" the game because they are playing the Steelers ???

 

Because in the future when this happens they won’t be able to reschedule the games and will wind up forfeiting them. That would mean the Steelers were unduly punished. Unless it can be guaranteed that all covid missed games would be rescheduled which could stretch the season into January or February. Therefore it’s not fair to reschedule any games at all. They can’t guarantee all cancelled games can get played so don’t play any.
