Not much Miller and A-Rob could have done given that Mitch had maybe 1 good throw in the entire second half. They both played like crap today too, but Mitch did his very best to lose us this game.
Bull shit. You never see that called for PI. You say Eddie hit the WR first. What about the WR hitting Eddie? They both have a right to that ball.

When the DB makes contact with the receiver prior to the ball arriving, fair or not, it's usually (but not always) called DPI.
I put the closeness of this game in 1. Officiating 2. Play calling. 3. Play makers not making plays. 4. D playing better but still not as good as they should. 5. Trubisky.
Maybe when the DB is trailing in coverage but when the coverage comes from behind they almost always let the play play out. Eddie made a play on the ball not the WR.
Falcons just lost an absolute heartbreaker in Dallas. Lucky pricks rewrote the laws of mathematical improbabilities to win but the point is it helps us out going to Atl next week. Loses like that take a lot of getting over.
Dude watch the play again he contacts the receiver before the ball is there if the same thing had happened to a Bears receiver you’d be soiling yourself
During the 1st qt I had to keep checking the title of the thread because I thought I had stumbled onto the wrong team. During the 2nd I realized I had been home the whole time. At least it was a win.
There is incidental contact as the ball arrives. Read the rule on PI. Defender can contact a receiver when they are both playing the ball.
You’re either Mr Magoo or simple seeing what you want to see. Defender can contact the receiver when they are running step for step going for the ball. The way EJax made contact...that’s a foul.
I’ve watched it over and over....EJax is in before the ball is there and makes contact that prohibits the receiver from making a catch. It’s pretty textbook PI.
These breakdowns are getting longer. No complaints from me other than when he does that stupid 2nd voiceover at the same time so that you cant hear either. - Leno was turd-like once again, although i do like the speed bump charlie nickname. LT looks priority 1 for next offseason. - Pretty fascinating the way #94 was holding Whitehair all game and never once got caught. Lot of run plays got stuffed cos of that. - Holtz had a bad game. I thought he did pretty well in a tough spot last season but sunday wasn't good enough. I always like a fullback on the roster and if Nagy is gonna run the Offense like this all season then he should get one.
