I did ask about pick timers in the beginning and I was told 24 hours unless it started going long, in which case the timer would be reduced (which it has). Just operating within the constraints I was given

 

The 24 hours was listed in case of emergency, not as a tool for trying to force trades or to hold up the draft for no apparent reason other than to simply hold it up.

It's a disrespectful practice to everyone else in the league and completely unnecessary to know that you are on the clock and then wait almost the entire 24 hours to make a pick.

I was on the road when I responded to your message and couldn’t update my drafted list. I got sidetracked with work and kids. I was not waiting to force a trade or hold up the draft. Those assumptions are not grounded in reality because I’ve been one of the most responsive owners in this league, at least since I’ve joined. So apologies to everyone if I made you feel disrespected because I mistakenly took 20 hours to make a rookie pick, sincerely.

 

You have got to be kidding me...So people are working and It has been less than 2 hours.

 

You both have checked in and seen you were on the clock only to turn around and leave for hours multiple times.
