With James Conner entering the last year of his deal, the Steelers opt for a replacement for him in 2021 with the dynamic Taylor. He adds an immediate offensive weapon and future starting RB much cheaper than signing Conner or a free agent. If/When Conner goes down with an injury, the Steelers run game won't miss a beat

He was the last guy remaining that I gave a 1st round grade to. I feel like he’s the best all-around RB in the draft and ended up showing out at the combine which solidified that in my mind. If this happens in a week from Friday, I will be absolutely ecstatic.

 

If Taylor wasn’t someone with a fumbling problem he would be number one without any questions. But because of the fumbling Swift is number one.

 

I now have a strong feeling that the Steelers are going to get Taylor
