Yeah I have heard a lot of people like him. If the Giants ran more of a pure 4-3 I think I'd like him more than I do.

 

Apparently me taking Okudah has had a ripple effect =P

 

I've seen him go top 10 a lot. I was thinking more Chaisson.

 

I can’t believe Wills was still there. I tried moving up to get him lol

 

He he said he took Chaisson because he wasn't expecting me to take Okudah. Chaisson is a guy I expected to love... and just didn't. I think that disappointment alone may be the reason I am down on the edge rushers. Hopefully he is better than I think he is though.

For the record, no way in hell I would have passed on Kinlaw.

 

He's one that continues to just remain a touch flat across the board. He does everything in a pretty solid fashion but he also blends into the scenery sometimes.

It's tough to tell where he is sticking to assignment and where he is just trapped in space trying to utilize strength or will instead of rearranging technique.

I like consistently good players but I like them even more when they show the ability to shed and move off of a variety of useful tools when they play the EDGE.

I went looking for your ranking on edge now and didn't see them posted and got sad. For Chaisson I am just trying to figure out how he is going to consistently win at the pro level. He feels more like a blitzer to me than a guy who can simply beat a tackle 1 v 1 with any sort of consistency. He was much better against the run than I anticipated though. I suppose it's not so much that I don't like the player as I don't like him where he is expected to go.

 

Yeah, I'm a behind for a lot of reasons this season when it comes to getting everything posted. I have a ton of work done (with a ton more to do) but I have to squeeze it in either before everyone wakes up or after everyone goes to bed.




I'm tired, lol.

 

Which for all intents and purposes of mock drafting is sort of the same as saying I don’t like the player. But I know what you mean.

Sometimes I feel like saying I have a player off my board. But it’s not that he’s really off my board, it’s just that I wouldn’t touch them until say the third round, and I know for a fact someone will take them in the first 40 picks

I find it interesting that nobody wants to sign Kelvin Beachum IRL. He was the only Jets lineman that was any good. I think it may be a money issue vs age or health concerns whether they be real or a negotiation tactic. Apparently he doesn't want to return to the Jets. Possible trades seem to be holding up a lot of the LT market if I'm not mistaken. I took Beachum here for $6M and just hoped no one bid higher.

 

I believe I did but he isn't responding. He definitely knows his time is 6PM. 10 mins.
