So again, assuming RG3 enters, in 16 regular season starts, RB Lamar Jackson has 2 perfect passer rating games. *Oh but they came against 2 bad teams* I'm sorry, did Rodgers not play 2 games against the winless Lions? Passer rating isn't the end all be all of things, but it's just an overall indication of how dangerous Jackson can be out there and how much he has improved since his rookie starts. He missed a whopping 1 pass today (which was a TD that hit an outstretched Andrews in the hand). His other incompletion was a spike.
the safety made a hell of a play, looking like Ed right there. Snead was open but rg3 didn't lead him UP the field which allowed Bates to get it
I will admit it was a good play by the safety. I wonder if RG3 was trying too hard to audition for another team next year
I think he's just excited to be in there playing. Remember, he's a Heisman winner, first round pick, rookie of the year, etc. He doesn't want to come in just to hand it off.
7-2 nice win in a possible trap game, Houston next up on the list... the biggest challenge is coming these next 4 weeks. Gotta win at least 2 of them to keep a nice lead in the division.
Interesting stat, Lamar Jackson is now the second player in NFL history to have two perfect passer ratings in the same season, according to ESPN. Roethlisberger was the first. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id...ZMoDmUhjSg4vW0JbuOL6Ip53RL5sI4Y3YLnndiMqx90zw
