How can they sue over something that's essentially a judgment call...? Can it be PROVEN that there WASN'T interference (or enough interference to make a difference)? Tough break, but stop crying. And fer crissakes, stop contributing this ridiculous litigious society.
Yup. I'm a Saints fan. I have every reason to be pissed off. And I am. But......…… What can anyone do ?? Move on !!!
OH, C'mon man...……… It's not even August yet. Ya gotta learn to pace yourself !!! A time and a place for talking shit !!!! Now's not the time !!!!!
im plotting my evil against the world. it takes all year to do it. you're on the list, so whether it's not or august, you're on the list. hahaha.
well with millions on the line, it's their last chance to get a reversal. i don't think it can be proven like the jockey/horse did it on purpose. however, can it be determine that the foul didn't cause a difference for the horses involved between winning and losing that race ? the jockey said he was interfered with but his horse wasn't winning anyways. to me that's a bold claim. why call the interference then if it didn't affect the race outcome ?
https://www.cbssports.com/general/n...-horses-to-rerun-a-version-of-kentucky-derby/ wow this owner is nuts. his own money to prove his horse is the best ?? wow. never seen anything like it.
I decided on WoW this morning. If I were at the track, I would have put $10.00 across the board on him. Would have been around $220.00. Now the Belmont. To me ?? The most interesting of the 3 races.
it's a long ass race. damn jockey who rode smarty jones admitted to letting him out too early and he lost the belmont by a nose to some longshot and the triple crown. the jockey was devastated and apologized to the owner for blowing the TC. The horse was from the local park where i grew up. now it's a casino and horse betting track. used to watch the TC races there bf it was a casino. awesome place to watch the events.
OK ..........what would have happened had the horse won the race ???.....it would not have counted correct.
No. The horse was DQ'd the instant to jockey fell off. Why? Because, once riderless, the horse was no longer carrying the mandatory equal weight. That's why they add weights to the tack to ensure every jockey (plus tack) weigh the same prior to the race.
Thank you Lyman...........that makes sense.......... And sorry but that is an UGLY Avi........lol.....WTF
