Well one of my four teams has completed their draft Panthers 1(16) Clelin Ferrell - DE - Clemson 2(15) Elgton Jenkins - C - Mississippi St. 3(13) Charles Omenihu - DE - Texas 3(36) Damien Harris - RB - Alabama 4(13) William Sweet - OT - North Carolina 5(16) Saivion Smith - CB - Alabama 6(14) Terry Beckner Jr - DT - Missouri I can't claim I entered the draft with much of a plan for Carolina, because I didn't realize I would be playing GM for them until their first pick went OTC. That said, they were sort of a fun team to draft for. After a bit of research I identified their biggest weaknesses as zero starting talent at the DE spots and depth issues, perhaps even starter deficiencies on the O-line. I double dipped at both those spots as the draft unfolded. I think I found pretty good value for the most part. If I could do over one pick it might be my 4th round selection of William Sweet. He's a local prospect, whom they have interviewed...but it just might have been a round early for him. My favorite pick I would say is any of the first three, and maybe honorable mention to Beckner in the 6th. I love building up those trenches. I like the guys I got too. If I had to identify a spot I could have worked harder on, it would be WR, as I drafted zero. But they like what they have, and could potentially find a good 4th receiver on a cheap free agent deal.
Ravens timed out. @showstopper you can make your pick for PIT. Ravens are otc again afterwards. We’ll just wait for him to make 2 in a row
Was exploring RAS scores for late round guys this morning and I earmarked this guy to look at when I saw his numbers. Has great explosion and speed scores. Agility is just ok but his athleticism made me want to know more.
I first noticed him when I was watching the Shrine game. Brailford stood out..... He was solid across the board at the Combine as well. He's got a motor. Plays relentless.
