Week 7: Saints @ Ravens

Saw that. He came in and the Ravens made a 4th & 8.

 

The Ravens need a RB. Collins isn't it. At all.

 

2nd BS PI call on Jimmy.

 

For some reason, I think the no TD's allowed in the 2nd half may not last through this week.

 

Lamar gets his first career TD. I love it

 

Drew Brees and the Saints offense have 1 TD in first half and it was assisted by at least 1 BS penalty. I expected that 2nd half TD record to fall this week also, but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't

 

This team is gonna give me a heart attack when they are 1-2 yds away from the goal line.

Holding the Saint's to 7 points is a good effort from the defense.

And....John Brown. And.....Willie Snead.

 

Was thinking the same. For the defense it's probably more a point of pride right now.

 

The amazing thing that I've noticed is when Hayden Hurst was out, Joe was going to his TE's. A lot. Since Hurst has been back, not so much. If they can get the TE's back into the flow, then man, what an offense this will be. It's already great.

But, they still need a RB.

As I said. get the TE's involved.

BTW, the OL is sooooooo much better without Lewis. Bozeman is playing great as was Grassu the few plays he was in. Zeus, Jr. seems to be holding his own also.

 

I've said it before, I never thought Alex Lewis was a good LG. At best, he's a RT. Too weak for inside

 

Thomas was out of bounds on that catch. But so was Crabtree on that scoring drive

Surprised they didn't challenge.

Can't believe that Brees completed that pass when he was going down AND the receiver made a 1st down. If only "he was in the grasp...."
