Just a reminder... I still have a stash of #fireHaley tags left. Sealed, fresh and ready to use. Hit me up.
Honestly, I'd keep Ward on Jackson all game, although I don't believe he's their biggest threat - it's actually O.J. Howard. I'm with you, I'm just hoping it's a really bad hangover from Sunday. I have to believe it is/was. Five games of close, competitive football where a play here (or a really bad call there) decided the outcome had us basically edging for the season and then to see a defeat look as bad as it did in the early Mangini games or some of those 2017 games with Hue & Kizer. Just really, really deflating. We need to have a big bounce back this week.
Easy to hate Haley during the games, but watching them after the rage wears off, I do think he's calling the right plays most of the time and drawing up well-designed plays. We do need to get started faster, though. I'm pretty sure the Browns offense is worst in the league in the first quarter.
Read a good piece on Mayfield today. Sorry, I don't remember where I saw it, but the writer pointed out that Baker looks deep first, and rather than checkdown, he holds the ball waiting for the deep guys to get open. In other words, he isn't looking for the checkdown, and we've seen it numerous times. Gotta believe that was the message this week. Use your guys, let them make some plays. Not to forget the deep balls, just go elsewhere if it's not there. I think thats why we saw so many great big plays, but as teams have seen tape, they are adjusting, and he'll have to counter by adjusting himself. I think thats exactly what Baker will do this week. Lets hope the strangers in Brown and Orange catch the balls.
https://www.cleveland.com/browns/in...e_what_to_do_hue_jackso.html#incart_big-photo ^^^TRUTH.....This writer sees Hue Jackson for what he is....
Clearly, that writer had firsthand knowledge of what John Dorsey's thought process was when he decided to trade Hyde. He obviously knew that Dorsey made that trade in a vacumn without discussing it with the coaching staff. Afterall, Jackson's record the past two years was 1-31. Not much someone with that shitty of a W/L record could contribute to that kind of a decision. #FireHue
Do you really believe Hue when he said, "Oh i was gonna make the switch to Mayfield anyway. It had nothing to do with Tyrod's concussion.".... I don't...Hue sucks. He couldn't pull the trigger on the QB switch, and he couldn't do it on the RB switch. Even though both decisions should have been as obvious as can be...Without Hue, I believe the Browns would be 5-1 right now. He's terrible.
It doesn't make any difference what I believe because I wasn't part of that discussion nor was I able to read his mind. That facts are he was 1-31 over a two year span and should have been fired before this season even started. Better yet . . . He shouldn't have been hired in the first place.
I'm ready to call the game tomorrow a must win. We got Pittsburgh and Kansas City on the horizon, followed by Atlanta... Gotta beat the Bucs if we are gonna hang in this division...
https://bucswire.usatoday.com/2018/10/20/3-reasons-why-the-bucs-will-beat-the-browns/3/ ^^^Well here's what they are sayin about the Cleveland Browns in Tampa. smh.....Not much respect, and some bullshit too. We really need to punch them in the face. Hopefully the Browns are feeding off this on Sunday...
Just got done mowing the lawn and came in and turned the game on. 3-2!?!?!?! WTF.......is this the Indians and Devil Rays?
This is the damn NFL, how the fuck can it be so difficult to defend an end around/reverse? This team is CLUELESS. I don't know why they don't just run that play 3 times per series until they score a TD.
Looks like the sorry ass Buckeyes are dressed as Browns today . BS!! I have better things to do than watch this uninspired shit show . Nassib is playing well . why did they cut him and keep Ogbah again ??? Fuck Dorsey ! Fuck Hueless FUCK THEM ALL!!!
