That's strange. I know it was a PPR league for certain, because I haven't played in a standard scoring league in years. I didn't even know people still did those. lol!

That above, is the settings from last year's league.. I just copied them into this year's.

I'm not saying you did anything wrong, but something got crossed up somewhere. I'm positive the Kennel Klub was a PPR league. That was the reason we switched to Yahoo in the first place. So we could customize scoring to PPR format. CBS wouldn't allow it in their free leagues at the time.....

When I was in it two years back it was a PPR league (full point) and we did the decimal scoring.

  6. TopDawg Legend

Yep...It's been full PPR ever since we moved to Yahoo...

Everyone has to agree to it, but I believe I can change it and make it retroactive for the ATL/PHI game...I need to know ASAP though. Look at ALL the scoring rules above and see if someone believes any others are off as well. I don't know how they are wrong, I got it straight from last year's archived page.

Honestly, I am in so many leagues I can't remember which ones score which way. I have to look up the rules before each draft so I know what draft strategy to use. I really do not remember this being a PPR league, but after two remembering, we can make the switch. I need a MAJORITY of the league to discuss and make a decision to change.

As for PPR vs. Traditional and TDs remarks that he didn't know people still do that...Traditional is still the most commonly used scoring system. Players don't get credit for making catches in the NFL, nor do RBs get credit for rushes in fantasy. I'm convinced some guy sitting in his basement decided one night that his team wasn't scoring enough points and wanted to figure out a way to make the scores higher. That's just my opinion. Personally, I'm not a fan of a guy who catches 4 balls for 90 yards (22.5 yards per catch) getting 9 less points than a guy who had 13 catches for 90 yards (6.9 ypc). It shows that the team is a dump maven offense and the guy is the lucky recipient of not making big plays, but still getting heavily involved in the offense. It makes much less valuable players, more valuable in the fantasy world. I get the use of it, to give more players to the player pool, but I really don't agree with the system. Why not give points for first downs if you are going to give points for catches? That would make some FBs a little more valuable as well.

I will say, had I thought it was a ppr, I would have had a different draft strategy, but I am also still happy with my team and will be fine with any decision that is made.

I always thought it was PPR.

    I vote keep it PPR.

    I'm good with PPR.

Itll give TD a fighting chance:p

    PPR - 3
    Keep same - 0

3 more and I will get it changed, can someone get in touch with those that don't come on here? Also, while you're at it...try to get them to come on here, lol. The more the merrier.

    Welp . . .

My record is intact. Since I've been in this league (about 8 or 9 years), I have never beat GMiller in a head to head matchup. Thought I finally had him up until SNF.

    :wall:

    What a matchup!

I sat Goff (in favor of Brees) and TD sat Cousins (in favor of Mahommes). I think its all going to come down to which one of us made the better decision.

Just showing off our quality depth at the position! lol!....Yeah, Goff and Cousins were on fire, but it's tough to question the decisions to go with Drew Brees and Pat Mahommes.... That's fantasy football for ya.
