Actually there’s a lot of proof in science.

There’s proof of the earth being an oblate spheroid. Proof we revolve around the sun. Proof dinosaurs existed. Proof man evolved over time. Proof the universe is expanding. Proof of a whole lot of stuff.

The difference between science and religion is in science you need to prove your work...you don’t just ask people to believe. Science requires proof for something to become widely accept versus just being a random theory. And even when you have some proof that doesn’t make something an absolute fact. Because further research can yield more information and alter things.

Versus religion where you simply have to accept what’s said without any proof whatsoever. Just have faith.

And to answer your question earlier... I've seen 4 men who were atheists pray to God when they were dying. That would be 4 out of 4 so in my experience it's been 100%. Not that I am claiming it is 100%, but many do.

It’s interesting to me that someone is willing to blindly agree with a book written thousands of years ago when man was still ignorant about the world....but will completely reject the vast amount of written knowledge available today.

This discussion really has run its course for real now. You can’t argue with ignorance and you can’t teach someone with such a misguided bias.

This is what I mean when I say “the bible wants to drag man back 2000 years” and only believe what was known then. It’s asinine.
