I read your early post and agree and am glad to see objectivity to this subject. No need to be sorry. I tend to ramble. This is just such a touchy subject and have seen abuses of "power', which I'm sure is happening more now than ever. Which hurts everyone. The legitimate sexual abuses done to women and the innocent men who have been on the wrong end.

the car story and your personal story are 2 very different things. your story is bad bc it's he said vs she said without a rape kit or other proof of what happened. who do you believe? the cops tend to believe the woman in those kind of stories. I'm happy to see Wazoo you got let go and proved innocent, but the damage was already done to your reputation until you graduated. the stigma was probably still going around school about you long after you graduated from there etc. it's hard to build back up a reputation after a false accusation can destroy it in 2 seconds. 1 white life can destroy your whole life in a flash!
He stole the keys and was pulled over by police while out running errands. Someone shows up at your hotel room. you assume he stole the car bc you don't recall giving him the keys? none of this was in the original story you posted.
WOW... ok... the hotel room was a reference to a different story. I see you might require bullet points... so here goes... Topic... I know this may seem off topic, but here is a question. A. If I am drunk off my ass and I give the keys to my car to a neighbor. B. Allow him to take my car and use it to run errands, which I've never done before. C. When I wake up sober I don't remember doing anything. IE... giving the keys away or ANYTHING!!! D. I notice my car is gone and call the police to report it stolen. because of C. E. The police arrest my neighbor and prosecute him for stealing the car. F. They ask me if I gave him permission and I insist I didn't. Why? because of C. The question. Was he guilty? If you don't read all the way through you will have problems understanding or following the point.

yeah then you need help then for telling him it was ok to borrow your car and got so drunk the only thing you could recall was nothing, but to call the cops for a theft of your car. take 30 days in rehab next time. if I was your neighbor and you really did tell me to borrow your car and you had me arrested, I would make your life a living hell as your neighbor. if you were right and he stole it, then you got a bad neighbor on your hands and you better lock the garage and front door and windows every damn night. hahaha
forget METOO# - how about the shooting in Florida. Raise awareness about mental health and guns and warning signs the shooter gave but was ignored etc. now that is a damn good reason to wear black, or a ribbon, or give speeches. I think the majority of the sexual assault stories were true and some a little fishy. those 17 deaths in Florida are very real.

Yeah it's sad the FBI was notified of this piece of shit, yet conveniently did nothing. Just like the Boston Marathon bombers. The FBI was warned about them and the same outcome. Seems like priorities are in the wrong places.
