Taking Bear's fans to task over their liquor snobbery.

    Well done Vvarder!

Another happy ending where everyone loves each other again and trades valentines. My heart is happy again.

    ? Kumbaya m'lord Kumbaya ... ?

Clove and nutmeg do not being in beer, the same way that pineapple does not belong on a pizza.

They are both bastardized spinoffs of classics, and deserve to be shat upon.

Oatmeal and coffee stouts are not an appropriate comparison.

And I also shitt on New Glarus, not because it's from Wisconsin, but because it's probably the most overrated, overhyped beer ever. Moon Man is decent, but generally speaking, isn't that good - especially that shitty Spotted Cow swill.

I did enjoy "Two Women Lager" from New Glarus no spice no fruit etc, but never understood the hype of spotted cow.

A purist eh? See, I'm actually ok with the Hawaiian pizza, it has a time and a place, just like a big floppy NY style slice. The detroit "ranch" pizza can go straight to hell though, so to each their own.

For me, New Glarus is a decent "mass produced" beer. Most micro-brews are going to best it, but at a bar in Wisconsin, choices can be pretty damn limited and I'll take Spotted Cow over Bud Light. Agree to disagree I guess, to me there's nothing gay about pumpkin spice beer or cider. Particularly a cider with a strong oak finish like that one I mentioned w/ 9% alcohol.

Zima, Wine Coolers, Cocktails like "Alabama Slammers" or "Malibu and Pineapple", even PBR, Corona (sorry baby). All gay.

I love pineapple on my pizza!!
Damn you all for making me second-guess this.

And there is absolutely NO meat of any kind on my pizza. Ever.

I don't know what you have against all those lovely drinks you mentioned Vvarder ... if it's sweet I'll drink it. If it has an umbrella I'll drink it. If it's served to me in a bar at a beach I'll drink it.

I'm pretty undiscerning when it comes to drinks ... gay, straight or chicagoan.

Prefer pizza plain honestly. I don't mind toppings but nothing means plain, greasy, cheesy pizza.

And the next person that bad mouths Spotted Cow dies. Plain and simple.

Pineapples + Canadian bacon is one of the best pizza topping combinations.

Amazing that there is a strain of bacon named after your country Baby and yet your lack of patriotism shines through in your refusal to indulge in such a delicacy. Shame. Maybe you really are a Mexican.

    Canadian bacon....is ham.

  11. blang84 Legend Bears

True, and I fully admit to falling for the branding gimmick. Bacon > ham, even if it's Canadian.

Don't you try to pin this on me. I'll see you all in hell.

We have a "make your own" pizza place next to the house. I'm picking up lunch, now... They don't even have pineapple in the building. I'm neutral on the argument, but, if it means anything...

Definitely can't count on the guy. That sucks.

I in no way expect a good season. But it sure would be nice to not have half the team go on IR this year.

Makes it hard to gauge if you're improving or not when the team is in the hospital.

It does. I felt the defense drastically improved last season....not counting the secondary. But injuries decimated the run defense so when you look back it's hard to justify that thought.

Fat ass, what a freaking waste this guy turned out to be. 9 months to recover from a scope last year and now he still isn't healthy.

I wonder what it is like to be a fan of a team that you can be optimistic that they have a chance in hell of being competitive?

They said they actually found an "anomaly". While we know his issues are chronic, any "anomaly" would indicate that something now has to be fized.

Given he hasn't done shit in 7+ months, I don't think a few more are going to fix the issue.

Maybe he'll save the Bears from having to cut him and just hang em up.

He is having another scope done to his knee, which if you go by the recovery time on his last one, effectively just ended his season.

He is done, an epic bust of a free agent signing. The fat ass had knee problems but never slimmed down, which would have made sense for a guy who was having knee problems.

On another note, does anybody else get enraged when Fox talks about injuries with the media? The mother f*cker has zero credibility with me, he talks about them as being minor and basically shrugs them off. He said injuries to McPhee and Fuller were minor last year, how did that work out? I really can't stand that asshole anymore, almost hate him as much as Juicebox.
