I had an early 3rd round grade on him so fantastic value at this point.

 

Picks 226, 229

OL CB S WR are options.

 

Cannot argue the Howard pick, he was being discussed at 83, 100 picks later you gotta say good value.

 

I'll check back in, gotta stretch my legs and do some house stuff.

 

So-- we have picked up QB, RB, 2 DL, EDGE. (And WR in a trade) Where do with go with our two 7th round picks?

I'd like one of them to be OT. I'm surprised they haven't addressed secondary at all-- though the rooms are pretty full with free agents right now. I still think WR is on the table-- they brought in 5 WR for visits. Even though all 5 are now gone, it shows the Steelers have a serious interest in another WR.

 

Hinton was my bang on the table guy for Stoutland to polish.

 

This (Hassanein) is a guy I like. I thought he'd be a great developmental guy for the Steelers to grab late at EDGE (before we took Sawyer).

Just realized all 5 of the Steelers picks so far are from the Big 10: Two Iowa, Two Ohio St., and One Oregon. If they go tackle from Wisc. or Rutg. they can keep that going. There's a safety from Wisc. still on the board, as well.

I'll probably miss the 7th round but good news is the Eagles appear to be done after their 2 picks coming up.
