Draft above, I should have picked either Mills or Jones, not both. Forgot to address OL, my bad. But I do like the players I picked. Matthew Golden is flying up boards, he might go round 1.

 

Really didn't like this one ^, did my best at BPA, top 3 WR were off the board, and I had a choice between Golden and Harmon. Roll forward to round 2 and I got a choice of Sanders or Boyd. I think I did the right thing. Tuten should run fast, if not Sanders, Mafah, Gordon, or Sampson. Of those 4 I think Sampson will test the best. This team needs speed period. Mondon is LB depth, is he Nakobe Dean, nope, but he's better than Tyler Matekevich. Wanted Nick Nash at 163 and he was gone, same thing with Conerly at 52, he went 50. Lucky I got Everette, I am really thinking this is the perfect spot to upgrade CB, round 3.

 

Traded like a mofo, got all these players by moving back and up, and landed a NYJ third rounder in 2026.

Well I fixed the Fucking Trenches Mock Draft ^

 

I like Nash more than most. Super productive WR who does a good job at finding the soft spots.

 

Yup I am trying to get Depot on board. They do have a back I am learning about, didn't see any CFU games. R.J. Harvery. He has more explosive runs per carry than all backs in the NCAA. He is way under the radar.
I like Saketbo, but late day 3, I think he is being hyped up and I think the combine will put him in the 4.6 range and Enron him.
ESPN latest Mockery has Steelers taking Egbuka and Henderson. Fucking stupid taking a RB this early in the deepest RB class this decade. Plus you rarely see teams go back to back at the same school cannot remember the last time.

 

That would be the Eagles in 2023, and did they not only go back to back with the same school, they did it in the 1st round. Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith…. We could only wish to get a back to back tandem like that

What did we learn from SuperBowl 59?

Defense wins championships. Jalen Carter, Nakobie Dean, Quinyon Mitchell, Cooper DeJean.

Expect a huge run on edge rushers and DT's in the top 20. And KC, well they are drafting an OT, then an OG. I think I would do a KC mock based on what I saw.

Davante Adams might be a FA, I think the 49ers are going to ask too much for a WR, you can find a good WR in this draft for a helluva lot less.

What really sucked is we get a month off, then it's 11 months building up to the Super Bowl, and let's call it like it was. The game sucked. The only thing that sucked more than the game was the Half Time Show. WTF was that shit? I enjoyed Lady Gaga but the National Anthem is not my cup of tea, the piano drowned out the lyrics until they adjusted it, too little too late. Loved the Insta Cart ad, where they guy says we need milk, and then they show a Cow on a Motorcycle, that shit was hysterical.

I mean Cam Heyward is a good player, so isn't Keanu Benton, but man they are not Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis. Give me a guy who can push the pocket, and a guy who can lock down WR's I will do a mock with that in mind. DT and CB in the first two rounds, then look at WR and RB. Basically the best RB on the planet is Saquon Barkley and he didn't do much, getting a top shelf DL with depth is more important.

 

You can stop mocking Daylan Everette, he is returning to Georgia.

Jason Marshall 6th round

Some of these guys are coming off of injury so I am not going to say much until after the combine. Also notable missing is Shavon Revel III. Steelers just don't draft small school guys in round 1. I watched Jordan Hancock get abused and commit dumb penalties enough where I am sour on him.

Then there are others with length, but they might go UDFA. (Jonathon Edwards from Tulane for example)
