Friermuth & Watt played pretty good almost every one else was so so ugly, watching refs call the game like they have money on your opponent
The Good: I got nothing, maybe holding Saquon Barkley in check? It's a sour Monday for sure. The Bad: Red Zone Offense and the open field tackling. Ravens won, that is NEVER GOOD. The Ugly: Pass Defense and the personal fouls on second and goal from the 4 yard line. Calvin Austin III and Q. Mitchell should have offset. Darnell Washington, what was the call? Blocking too hard, it was like a scene out of The Blind Side.
Washington looked like he was out for a Sunday drive, he drove that db 20 something yards down field. I don’t know how the reds called him for a foul when he was just out for a drive.
How come Boswell isn’t garnering any MVP talk. Mosley won it with the Foreskins back in the 80’s. There’s a chance for him to score 170-180 points this season. He’s at 144 right now 2 fgs and 2 extra points a game for the last 3 games puts him at 174 for the season. Is there any one here that thinks that he doesn’t blow by 170 easily? By the way, the record for points in a season is 186 by L T of the Chargers If we had Justin Tucker we might not even have a winning record right now 176 is the most points a kicker has ever scored by Paul Horning, but he was a RB too so he may have scored some TDs too. Mosley the season he won the MVP scored 161 points and 166 is the most for a kicker without any TDs
One more fuckup by the shitacular refs on Sunday. Jalen Carter slapped Connor Heyward in the head just BEFORE Waitman made contact with the ball. If NY called it in, then they are seriously fucked in the head. Watch the replay, it's on Depot. That should have been first down Steelers in excellent field position. Watching the Blind Side scrum, both Slay and Mitchell threw punches, the league office will fine them, but it doesn't do shit now. Had they been flagged like they should have, especially since the Field Judge was right there, 5-6 feet away, then it was second down inside the 5 yard line after Najee Hurdlestoomuch went OB. Also it looks like Adams was blocked into the long snapper, but the rule is a little vague on "avoiding contact with a vulnerable player", so there's that. The Steelers lost not because of the refs, because they Eagles played better. But you would like to see the refs doing their jobs as impartial bystanders, not Ray Charles and Stevie Fucking Wonder.
I’m sorry NY, but if the refs make those 3 calls correctly plus call OPI on Brown the Steelers might have won the game by more than one score.
